Video round-up: Extreme Mountain Unicycling

Plus Mojo Trail Diaries and Steffi Marth

Our friends over at ChopMTB.com have picked three more must-watch mountain bike videos for us this week.

First up we’ve got something a bit unusual – extreme mountain unicycling! Then it’s back to two wheels as Fabien Barel, Mark Weir and our very own Rob Weaver ride some sketchy freeride lines in Morocco, and Steffi Marth nails some flowy singletrack.

1 Extreme Mountain Unicycling

This is as bonkers as it sounds – Germany’s Lutz Eichholz and Stephanie Dietze scale a 10,000ft (3,000m) peak in Italy’s Dolomites on unicycles, and then slide and bunnyhop their way back down, dodging yawning chasms. Head to ChopMTB for a photo gallery from the trip.

2 Mojo Trail Diaries in Morocco

BikeRadar’s senior tech ed Rob Weaver joined two-time downhill world champ Fabien Barel, enduro racing star Mark Weir, the Mojo Suspension crew and Eyesdown Films on their recent trip to Morocco to film episode 4 of Mojo Trail Diaries. You can read all about the trip in Rob’s diary on ChopMTB.

3 Steffi Marth

It’s not often we come across a decent mountain bike vid starring a woman rider, so when we do, we like to champion them. Trek Gravity Girls’ Steffi Marth gives us a break from the normal adrenaline-pumping, berms-and-jumps bike video fare as she flows down some sweet rooty, rocky singletrack.
