Sombrio La Nina review

Sombrio's La Ninas are one of the few women's 3/4 baggys available at the moment, and certainly one of the best shorts we've tried for a long time.

One of the best shorts we've tried for a long time

Sombrio's La Ninas are one of the few women's 3/4 baggies available at the moment, and certainly one of the best shorts we've tried for a long time.

The tough nylon outer has two long, zippered vents that reveal the super comfy soft mesh liner. Hem adjusters stop flappage and belt loops, poppers and fly keep things upstanding, while two deep hip pockets and a secure rear pocket deal capably with storage. We've put the Ninas through a couple of months of riding and racing and have found ourselves wearing them pretty much all the time. The cut's the right shape to flatter a proper figure, and roomy enough to get pads underneath (the Ninas come unpadded), but doesn't flap and also look cool when you've stopped at the tea shop mid-ride.
