Comfy, all-mountain style shorts with some great features, but they’re quite pricey

The XC Air shorts aren't your typical cross-country numbers, offering you something a little more robust and aggressive to get down and dirty with.

The Spandex stretch panels around the side leg and seat area make for a comfy, customised fit and the chamois crotch pad makes longer stints in the saddle far more bearable.

The deep cargo-style pockets have a secure zip closure and are really handy for keeping keys or phones secure. They’re impressively tough too.

The 500 denier polyester mesh panels do a good job of keeping air flowing and, along with the loose fit, stop the Airs becoming too restrictive.

The waist closure offers a choice between two popper buttons, but could use a little more adjustment if you’re looking to layer up.
