At 300g Truvativ's XC-DH is nearer to DH weight than XC, but it's a tough all rounder.
The big fat shot peened centre continues through the 35mm high bends with a sudden taper just before the long, polished control section starts. This makes it wrist bruisingly stiff which is great for accuracy if not for comfort.
The slightly odd shape with pronounced backsweep meant a few riders couldn't get on with it however much they rolled the bar backwards and forwards. >
