Easy to make and bake, this cake is more Pot Noodle than Mary Berry, but still fairly tasty. 

One portion contains 101g carbs – eat it three hours before a ride to super charge your pedalling. A portion counts as a third of a cake, though - and you’d needa Doddy-sized appetite to eat that much.
