Felt recalls three 2015 mountain bike models

Felt Double Double 30, NINEe 20 and Edict 1 models have faulty seatposts

Felt Bicycles in cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commision has recalled approximately 645 mountain bikes due to the risk of seatpost failure. This recall applies to all model year 2015 Felt Double Double 30, NINEe 20 and Edict 1 mountain bikes.

These bicycles were sold with carbon fiber seatposts that pose a fail hazard. Felt has received 10 reports of cracked seatposts. No injuries have been reported.

Owners of these select models are urged to stop riding them immediately and should contact their local Felt Bicycles dealer for a free inspection and seatpost replacement.
