The MBUK crew spent the weekend in Plymouth for the Dirty Weekend and we had a great time. Riders, spectators and organisers faced a steep learning curve with Saturday's Freecross, but in the end it proved to be a cool event, with freeriders and racers from home and abroad battling it out for a £1500 mini-bike.
Mini-bikes proved something of a feature of the weekend - we couldn't believe just how popular these things have become recently.
Saturday night's DMR World Dirt King comp provided some spectacular photo opportunities as riders like Chopper Fielder and Gary Penman battled it out under the floodlights and over the massive doubles.
Sunday saw more of the same with the Unknown Duke of Dirt comp, the Newnham 90 XC Enduro and a round of the NPS 4X.
