Bell Sports is introducing the Volt, a 280g helmet, at the Tour de France. Team CSC-Saxon Bank and Credit Agricole will sport the new 22-vent helmet in limited-edition team colours.
The Volt uses Bell’s new Twin Axis Gear (TAG) fit system that allows riders to dial in the exact fit as well as adjust the mechanism’s horizontal position on the back of the head.
It’s not just a road lid either, the Volt features Bell’s removable Variable Position Visor (VPV) and is well suited to the trails.
The Volt, retailing for £120/US$240, is also debuting on the World Cup mountain bike circuit simultaneously.
