The 2019 Giro d’Italia
The 102nd edition of the race will cover 21 stages and a monstrous 3,518.5km of riding over 23 days, which includes several summit finishes, three individual time trials, five ‘high difficulty’ stages, and a few flat stages.
This year’s route will be a challenging one, with a good balance between time trials and mountain stages. It’s packed with climbs, some of which are brand new, while others are iconic, such as the Gavia and Mortirolo.
