The PillarCarbon BC360 builds on the success of the company’s alloy-rimed BC360 wheelset. As the name suggests, the carbon rims have an internal width of 36mm, which, according to Industry Nine, should play well high-volume tires from 2.4-3in in width.

The 27.5in carbon rims are laced with 32 of Industry Nine’s proprietary aluminum spokes per wheel to the company’s Torch hubs. Industry Nine covers a multitude of hub and axle standards with this new wheelset, with everything from quick-release to Boost and fat bike axle standards.

The claimed weight for the PillarCarbon BC360 wheelset is 1,825g. Pricing starts at $2,325. (UK and Australian prices have yet to be announced.) Industry Nine expects to begin shipping wheelsets in late October.
