The MS Sydney to Gong ride is a classic for Sydney based cyclists. Now in its 32nd year, the Sydney to Wollongong ride is best-known for its beautiful scenery and enjoyable riding.

The Sydney to Gong is often a challenge for many participants and with a choice to ride either 90km or a shorter 58km course, there’s an option for most abilities. Either way, all riders will experience the spectacular scenery through the Royal National Park, Sea Cliff Bridge and the coast road to Wollongong.

With rider numbers limited to 10,000 – the MS Sydney to Gong aims to raise $4.5 million for people living with multiple sclerosis, a devastating neurological condition which affects more than 23,000 Australians. Riders are encouraged to commit to fundraising a minimum of $250 as the entry fee only covers the staging costs of the event.

Great scenery and a great cause, the MS Sydney to Gong will take place on the 3rd of November. For more event information or to make a donation, visit msgongride.org.au.
