Scottish mountain bike film Home to premiere in Glasgow
Extra date for 'Seasons' & prizes in Ambleside this weekend

Next Wednesday, May 21, the Glasgow International Bike Film Festival will host the world premiere of new mountain bike film Home at the Glasgow Film Theatre.
Home comes from Mark Huskisson, the creator of Downhill Racer Race Guide and according to the festival promoters it’s a film about discovery, family and friends. And mountain biking, of course.
Featuring reigning junior world downhill champion, Ruaraidh Cunningham and trials phenomenon, Daniel Macaskill, Home gives a glimpse into the lives of people who feel at home on their bikes, and at the passion that drives these different and varied characters. The Scottish landscape features prominently, to make everyone from south of the border suitably jealous.
The new feature will be shown alongside the Collective’s latest effort, Seasons, follows seven of the world’s top riders throughout the course of one year. This will be the only chance to see both films together on the big screen.
Tickets are available from the box office on 0141 332 6535. Showing starts 8:15 pm at Glasgow Film Theatre, 12 Rose Street, Glasgow G3 6RB.
