The Tipping Point follows 2008’s downhill World Cup series

The trailer for Clay Porter’s latest mountain biking film The Tipping Point has been released, and you can watch it below.


The film chronicles every round of 2008’s UCI World Cup Downhill series and features the sport’s biggest stars including Sam Hill, Gee Atherton and Brendan Fairclough.

The world premiere of The Tipping Point takes place in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa – the home town of current World Cup champion Greg Minnaar –during the week of the World Cup season opener on 9 April.

Porter said: “Today sees the launch of our new website,, and I’m finally able to give people an idea of what the film is about. This is always the most exciting time for me; also to show off the new graphics and look for the film which I’m super happy about.”

Porter’s previous bike films include F1RST, Between The Tape and Hypnosis.
