As well as bringing you race reports and the latest news from the west of Scotland, there’ll be a number of online video providers beaming live race coverage straight to your PC.

MTBCut will bring you news from the race village in their nightly reports, which start on September 5. These reports will include rider interviews, team features and race updates. MTBCut will also be providing viewers (apart from those in the US) with live multi-camera action of the Men’s and Women’s 4X championship races including the awards ceremony on Friday September 7. The Elite Men’s and Women’s Downhill Championship races on September 9t will also be broadcast live. There’s also an interesting video preview of the world champs, where top downhill riders Steve Peat, Fabien Barel and Greg Minnaar, as well as others, talk about their thoughts for the upcoming competition.

Advertisement will also be showing live coverage (to non-US web surfers) of the Elite 4X and Downhill competitions. Additionally Freecaster has a great library of archive mountain bike video action including highlights from the Qashqai Urban Challenge and the Red Bull Downtown rides.
