Our review
A brilliant multi-use concept, brilliantly well-executed

The 18-litre Frank's Dog is a slim courier bag but with a great trick up its sleeve. The universal hub on the rear panel allows you to attach different fixtures to turn it into a pannier, a rucksack or even a bar bag.

It’s a brilliantly simple system that works extremely well.

The bag itself is worthy of plenty of praise. The funky yet classy design was a big hit all round, and as a courier bag the Frank’s Dog is comfortable and stable. There’s a very good laptop sleeve inside (up to 15in), and lots of pockets for your stuff.

The extra-heavy 1200D fabric is hard-wearing and the corners of the cover are webbed to keep the rain out. We give it 8/10 for rain resistance. There’s an extra rain cover in the base too.

It’s not the biggest or cheapest, but it’s the most versatile and likeable, so for that reason it scores well.
