Light and comfy, this saddle really will suit just about anyone

If you were a fan of the original Selle Italia Flite saddle then you’ll like the Zoncolan because it’s the modern equivalent. Its shape on the top, the low narrow front area and the flex from the hull when you’re riding make it feel almost identical to the Flite – making this a new classic performance saddle for all kinds of use.

There’s bags of room for fore and aft movement on the medium padded leather top, and we didn’t find any of our testers who didn’t like it. If you’re stuck for which saddle to buy, you’re almost guaranteed a good ride with this.

The Zoncolan is designed to be comfortable in a range of positions rather than the usual one. It allows you to choose a comfort zone: move back for greater forgiveness or forwards onto the thin, padded nose when you’re giving it some speed.

The rear looks narrow but once your weight is on the carbon reinforced frame, it opens out and provides forgiving support.

Different sizes are available for different bodyweights; our L/85kg+ weighs 222g.
