The S-Pro is a reasonably light post for its 400mm length. It’s tough enough for all but heavy-duty landings, it’s very classy looking and it features a cunning saddle angle micro-adjust function in the form of a simple Allen key recess in the base of the head.
The cunning aspect is that this saddle angle adjustment is independent of the rear and side-of-clamp tightening bolts. The belt and braces approach works well. Like most middle budget posts, the head is bonded into the shaft, but we have no reason to doubt its integrity.
