Used by the Health Net and DFL-Litespeed teams, the DV46C is a unique one-piece clincher wheel with a 46mm v-section rim designed to increase lateral stiffness and all-round strength.
Constructed using one continuous piece of unidirectional carbon fibre and with a carbon braking surface, the DV46C can handle a tyre at up to 150psi, and the pros who have been riding them claim superb acceleration when already at high speeds and much improved aerodynamics, so much so that they’ve been using them in time trials as well as on fast, rolling road race courses. The design has been improved by the use of DT hubs, and the whole package weighs in at 1484g.
