Hill Climb Diaries 3 - Tough Racing & How To Feed A Hill Climber

It’s time for the third instalment of our hill climb series, and the lineup looks a little different this week with illness taking Reuben out of play.

Fear not, avid followers, for Joe is joined in his gravity-based suffering by staff writer Jack Luke who is calling himself ‘the people’s choice’.

As well as tackling another hill climb, Joe, Jack and Reuben share their hill climb nutrition routines taking us through the breakfast, lunch and dinner choices that provide the power.

Reuben also talks about his diet shift towards veganism, the pros and cons he’s discovered so far, and what he’s learnt along the way.

Let us know in the comments below, and on the BikeRadar YouTube channel, about what you want to see more of in future episodes.
