Torq Performance Energy Drink - in brief review£27.99

Energy drink powder in resealable bag

BikeRadar score5/5

The Natural Pink Grapefruit flavour of the Torq Performance we tried struck us as a relatively natural tasting energy drink. Its light consistency also makes it very drinkable.

  • Pros: Natural flavour, easy to mix
  • Cons: Not the cheapest on offer

There is a noticeable fruity acidity to the flavour, which is refreshing after many more sugary drinks. Per 500ml, the Torq Performance drink contains 30g of carbohydrates and 120kcal.

The powder is one of the easiest to dissolve, leaving no lumps or residue in the bottle. The bag-like packaging means it’s easy to reseal, and doesn’t take up much space.

The Torq drink fits in with the rest of the company’s range, whereby you take three items per hour of exercise, whether in the form of bottles of drink, gels or bars.
