The best-selling and top rated bikes from Decathlon
If you’re thinking of buying from Decathlon, this is where you’ll find all the latest news and reviews for its products.
French sporting goods giant Decathlon has a huge presence throughout Europe and has recently been introduced to the US. Its store network and website stocks some of the best value sports equipment available, and an ever-increasing part of this comes from Decathlon’s own bicycle brand Triban (formerly B’Twin).
Goodbye B’Twin, hello Triban
In March 2018, Decathlon revealed that it was planning to drop the B’Twin name completely, marketing its entry-level road bikes as Tribans. They’re currently in a transitional period where both names are still in use, so we’ll be referring to both Triban and B’Twin bikes here to cover their range in full.
Best Triban road bikes
Decathlon’s range of road bikes provides plenty of choice for road cyclists. The Triban RC500 is their entry level offering which comes fully equipped with disc brakes and endurance geometry, making it a comfortable and efficient ride for a seriously good price.
Their other Triban offering is the RC520, which shares the same frame but comes with significant spec upgrades.
Best B'Twin mountain bikes
B’Twin’s mountain bike range is extensive. The Rockrider is their biggest series of hardtails and full-sus machines, from the Rockrider 900 — a top value choice for those who like to travel quickly on the trails — to the Rockrider AM 100S full-sus.
They also offer a range of XC racers, and have their own e-MTB offering in the form of the E-ST500.

B’Twin 500 shoes
If you’re looking for a decent shoe for cross-country mountain biking, but don’t have a massive budget, these should be on your radar.
At £50 a pair they’re a fraction of the cost of some of their rivals, yet the performance would never suggest that.
