Rubber face: the Tour's most expressive man

Photo gallery of Voeckler's extensive facial repertoire

When the cameras are rolling at the Tour de France, no one puts on more of a show than Thomas Voeckler.

Grimacing, grinning, his mouth gaping, his tongue dangling, his head bobbing — Voeckler holds nothing back when racing a bike.

His French fans love him, whether he is winning a stage, like he did Wednesday at the Tour de France, or simply battling to retain the yellow jersey for just one more day, like he did in 2011.

In the photo gallery at right, we take a look back over some of his signature expressions from the last two years at the Tour de France.
