The frameless Falcon has a futuristic look which, well... let's just say it wasn't universally liked in the BikeRadar office.

The large wraparound lens sits extremely close to the face and has a 'brow guard' – essentially a narrow shelf – at the top to block light from above.

Nifty hinge mechanisms at the sides of the lens allow you to change the angle and length of the arms to achieve a better fit.

If you don't mind looking like a cyborg and are on a tight budget, these could be just the thing. They're available with six different lenses and weigh just 24g.

CW has been riding mountain bikes for more than two decades now. He's the first to admit he's not the fittest or most skilful rider on the hill, but that doesn't stop him sweating up the climbs to have a blast on the downhills.
