Fox’s Oasis backpack offers plenty of storage in the main zipped compartment, where you’ll easily fit a change of clothes.
The other compartments include sub-divisions, where there’s ample room for tools and other essentials. There’s even a detachable helmet cradle.
The two-litre bladder is well supported in a separate, easy-access compartment, with the drinking tube neatly channelled through the shoulder strap. We'd like to have a cover for the mouthpiece to stop it getting dirty, though.
On the trail, the elasticated chest strap and simple waist strap both work well, with the padded shoulder straps keeping the bag exactly where you want it – even when the going gets rough.
