Pearl Izumi Vector Jersey review

The Vector jersey is the one we pick when it's cold, damp (but not raining) and you don't want a full jacket. The 'AmFib' front effectively sees off the worst of the wind and rain.

Our review
A very competent cycling jersey.

The Vector jersey is the one we pick when it's cold, damp (but not raining) and you don't want a full jacket.

The 'AmFib' front effectively sees off the worst of the wind and rain while the brushed-back 'Ultrasensor Kodiak' back allows the perspiration to be transported away from your skin. A full zip and twin zip side vents allow manual cooling.

The twin rear pockets could be deeper, but the small zip stash pocket is handy for keys and so on. This is one jersey where the side zip vents and the main zip need to be used by the rider to regulate temperature and airflow, as we found it to be one of the warmest jerseys we've tested, and this can cause overheating if the ambient temperate or work rate rises.
