Our review
Ideal casual wear for men and women

A few months ago we reviewed Retro Image Apparel's retro- styled cycling jerseys, but the US-based company has more strings to its bow, also making a very nifty line in cycling T-shirts. And the choice is vast.

The website lists 19 pages of designs (mainly cycling-related but some have motorcycling themes), covering early 20th century adverts from manufacturers (Peugeot, Meteore, Clement and more), component suppliers (including Michelin, Regina and Simplex) and stylish art deco-influenced posters for that era's races. You then select from an equally large choice of garments - from men's and women's short sleeved T-shirts (I counted 49 colour choices!) to aprons (for the cycling gourmet), crew neck tops, infant T-shirts, long sleeved tops... the choice is staggering. Made from Gildan-branded cotton, the construction quality is first class too - though they do need a cool water wash.
