Endura’s Pro Biblongs are in the mid-range of price, but what you get for that money is a match for considerably more expensive tights.

They’re made of Thermolite fabric, which is essentially a Roubaix variant with the added benefit of a Teflon surface coating that stops water soaking in for a while. Not for all that long, but anything that delays rain striking through to your legs is a welcome addition.

Endura’s design team has clearly put a lot of time into working out the fit of the Pro Biblongs, with lots of carefully shaped panels held together with flatlock stitching. Thoughtfully, Endura has included a double layer of fabric at the knees, a joint that particularly benefits from being kept warm.

There are no foot loops, but the Pro Biblongs do feature ankle zips and silicone grippers at the hems. Up top, a zipped fly makes the tights easy to get on (or off), while the bib straps are high-stretch mesh.

The test tights were the non-padded version – there’s also a padded model for a fiver more, and which you go for comes down to personal preference. Either way, the fit and construction of the Pro Biblongs is spot on, and you’ll be comfy and toasty out on the trails.
