Our review
Lightweight, practical and ‘normal’ enough off the bike

These cycling trousers don’t have a seat pad, but Endura’s Clickfast liners (£18) will fit if you want to add cushioning, and the crotch is seamless so they’re comfortable unlined.

The lightweight nylon is reinforced at the crotch and ankles, and the adjustable waist has a webbing belt. Ankle zips enable you to pull them on or off while wearing shoes, and Velcro tabs stop the hems flapping.

The outdoorsy look isn’t ‘street normal’ but it’s more normal than tights – and normal enough for touring, where the usability on or off the bike will be handy. There’s a zipped fly and six pockets, and they’re available in sizes S-XXL. There’s a women’s version too.
