SRAM Force review

These brakes have cold forged arms and a titanium centre bolt for low weight. SRAM took a lot of time perfecting the brake block compound to provide a balance of power and control in all weather conditions but they can squeal a bit.

Lightweight callipers but they're costly

These brakes have cold forged arms and a titanium centre bolt for low weight. SRAM took a lot of time perfecting the brake block compound to provide a balance of power and control in all weather conditions, but they can squeal a bit when braking on long and fast descents.

These dual pivot brakes have a max-min reach of between 42mm and 50mm and a built in-cable quick release. Aside from the titanium bolt and plain finish, the SRAM Rival callipers are virtually identical and cost a good deal less.
