Gore Ride On Professional cables review

BikeRadar verdict
"Smooth and long lasting, with a good pricetag"
Shopping partners
This low-friction cable system from Gore features an outer sheath that protects the inner wire between cable stops and Gore’s Grub Seals to keep out performance-robbing dirt and moisture. These are the same cables as those now supplied with SRAM Red components.
Reports from mechanics in the field indicate they work extremely well, while being as easy to fit as conventional cables. That’s an improvement over Gore’s superb but somewhat fiddly Sealed Low Friction cables. The result is a silky smooth system that stays that way for a long time.

I've been using the fullly sealed Gore cablen on my MTB for years, if these are even half as good, they'll be fantastic !!!!!

Yep, £46. But in my book, £46 for several years of faultless shifting is money well spent !

I luv em, with my red.
Shifting is silky on the Wilier, with the cables properly fitted.
