Lizard Skins cut its teeth producing frame-protecting wraps for mountain bike chainstays and its ever-expanding range now includes this bar tape for drop handlebars.
Some tapes have a tendency to fold when you bind them around tight bends, but Bar Tape stretches effectively, which makes it quite easy to get neat and tidy. It also resists tearing better than most.
The texture is similar to the tape you’d cover a tennis racket handle with and the gel layer is a highly effective shock absorber. The length of tape you get is generous, so it’s long enough to cover 46cm handlebars.
