Race Face Deus XC 3/4 inch riser 31.8 | $82.40
BikeRadar verdict
"Perfectly versatile low-rise bars"
If you’re running long forks and want to keep the rest of your front end down, Race Face have built their new Deus XC 3/4 bar just for you.
As the name suggests, it’s a sensibly low 3/4in riser. It’s manufactured from cold-drawn aluminium, butted for optimum weight versus strength and then shot peened to round off the toughness.
Thermal transfer decals proved scuff resilient and at nearly 27in wide they’re more than adequate for the most gorilla-ish rider.
There are alignment and cutting marks too, along with weight loss guides should you want to trim them for either width or dieting purposes.
Manufacturers description
With more and more people running longer travel forks on their bikes the demand from riders for a lower rise bar has increased. With this in mind Raceface set about taking what they have learned from the low rise DH and AM bars and applying it to the Deus XC range. The result is the Deus 3/4" rise bar which joins the current XC range of Deus flat and low rise bars to offer riders that something a little lower.Shopping partners
