Although it looks a little on the large side, the Ozone Gel doesn’t do too badly on the scales considering it’s aimed at the casual rider, and the price tag is outstanding when you take into consideration that this is a quality bit of kit made by respected saddle manufacturer Velo.
A central cutout and reduced padding at the front (to prevent bunching up) coupled with the Shocklite hull at the rear give a very comfortable ride. Although it’s not that great after many hours in the saddle, it’s a great one for those sub two hour jaunts.
Reflective patches at the rear are a nice touch.
