Tweak your lever reach and get your stoppers sorted

In the bad old days it was necessary to use shims to adjust the reach on Shimano STI brake levers. Luckily times have moved on and with the Japanese giant's new 11-speed kit the process is a lot easier – though a surprising number of cyclists don't know how to do it.
