Niggles mar an otherwise very comfy set of grips

The new MotoTecs feature clamps at each end of the grip and a comfy, long, thin-profile gripping surface – ideal for those who ride without gloves.

They’re longer than average too which is good for the shovel-handed brigade but does mean that every now and again you can lose your position on the bars.

As your hands move around you end up grabbing different areas of the brake lever and shifter, which becomes irritating. The lack of a central column means that they move around a bit and the protruding bolts can catch on your hands too.
