Workshop manager
Will Soffe is the workshop manager for MBUK, BikeRadar, and Cycling Plus. He’s also a talented rider and presenter when he’s not on the spanners. First employed by a bike shop at 15, Will has worked for BikePark Wales, Atherton Racing, British Cycling and RideFoxUK. Will is a keen racer, having attempted to qualify at Mont Sainte Anne World Cup in 2014, winning the Southern Downhill Championship three times and even standing on a national 4X podium. He’s also raced cyclo-cross, enduro and cross-country, and competed in freestyle BMX and trials competitions, He’s also worked as a presenter on our YouTube channel and commentated alongside Rob Warner at BikePark Wales’ Weekender festival, and across the UK for Gravity Events. A qualified MTB and BMX coach, Will is passionate about supporting the next generation of riders and is all about maximising your time on the bike.
