The way people travel within urban areas is changing, and despite bicycles of the traditional and electric variety continuing to play a prominent role in this, they’re now part of what can be understood as a much larger movement. And it’s this movement that last week’s Autonomy show in Paris aimed to highlight to its attendees.
BikeRadar was on hand to see a wide range of exhibitors display everything from the sensible to the slightly insane at a show that reminded us that not everything with two wheels is necessarily a good idea. Flick through the gallery above for the good, the bad and the ugly.
Former BikeRadar staffer Oli is passionate about anything with wheels and/or an engine or motor. A keen eye for technical detail and a general curiosity for how things work often gives Oli a unique insight into products he's either testing or writing about. An unhealthy interest in older motor vehicles keeps him poor but happy.
