If you've loved the aero and big tire ideas of 3T's Strada but were put off by its single-chainring design, your worries are over. 3T has released the Strada Due frameset that's compatible with electronic double-chainring drivetrains.

Two chainrings with all the Strada features
3T's original Strada made headlines and rattled roadie brains with its unique mix of aggressive aerodynamics coupled with wide, cushy tires. But possibly more than those two things, it could only use a single chainring.
1x drivetrains in the pro peloton? I’m sceptical
With the latest Strada Due, 3T is acknowledging that some riders, or some terrain, work better with a double crankset. That, and the fact SRAM was really the only drivetrain manufacturer offering a proper one-by set up for the road.
According to 3T, the Strada Due features the same aerodynamic properties as the Strada. 3T claims to test 'real aerodynamics', that means including water bottles, dirty and/or muddy bikes, and wide tires all at real-world speeds of 20mph (32kmh) and 30mph (48kmh).

According to 3T's site, the Strada Due frame is available in five sizes and retails at €3,800 / $3,800 / £ and AU$ TBD.
