For the next two months, Mavic is selling training wheels for a single dollar, pound or euro.

Mavic is effectively running a 'buy one, get one free' deal with its wheels, offering riders a pair of its low-end Aksium S wheels for a single $/£/€ if they buy a pair of high-end race wheels, including the Cosmic CXR 80, Cosmic CXR 60, Cosmic Carbone 40 or R-Sys SLR.

The Aksiums S wheels retail for $329/£220/€250, while the other wheels sell for $2,199/£1,600/€1,800 and up.

The deal is valid at participating dealers in the US, UK, Germany, Austria, Spain, Switzerland and Italy.

The deal runs now through the end of November.
