Tifosi bikes, Chicken Cycles' own-brand racing and touring models, are proving extremely popular. So much so that they're introducing smaller models – down to 46cm – to cater for women and younger riders.
There's nothing fancy about the frames, which retail for between £199.99 and £214.99. They're made of Columbus double-butted 7005 alloy and come in three basic models: CK3 (racing), CK7 (touring/commuting/winter) and CX (track/singlespeed).
They can be built up into complete bikes equipped with Shimano Sora or Campagnolo Veloce and Miche Excite or Campagnolo Khamsin wheels for between £699.99 and £899.99.
Time iClic and AllRoad pedals
Time's iClic road pedal
We previewed Time's new iClic and AllRoad pedals at Eurobike last year. At Core Bike, we were able to get some UK pricing and availability details from Chicken Cycles.
The iClic replaces the RXS system on the road and is designed to make it even easier to clip in and out by using fibreglass and carbon fibre blades in place of coiled springs on the base of the pedal.
The main part of the cleat has been changed from brass to composite to decrease weight and wear on the pedal itself. The shape of the cleat is the same as on the RXS, thus the five degrees of rotational float, 2.5mm of lateral float and Q factor adjustment is retained.
There are five models of the iClic pedal, with prices ranging from £82.99 for the basic 260g steel axle/fibreglass blade version to £247.99 for the top-end 179g titanium axle/carbon fibre blade. The cleats cost £21.99 and weigh 70g a pair.
Time's AllRoad pedals for commuters and mountain bikers
We also had a look at the AllRoad pedals, which are aimed at commuting and mountain bike riders. They feature a flat plastic platform on one side and an ATAC clipless system on the other side. They weight 400g a pair and prices range from £50.99 to £86.99, with three models available.

Indoor trainers are an essential item for cyclists keen to work on their fitness over winter. The Australian-made JetBlack range of trainers and rollers is pitched at the budget minded rider, with nothing over £170.
Prices start from £99.99 for the basic Mag2 magnetic turbo trainer, which features three resistance settings. The Mag2Pro will cost you an additional £30, for which you get two more resistance levels and a remote lever to attach to your handlebars so you can change the resistance while you're riding.
The JetBlack Fluid turbo is £149.99. It offers more of a road feel than the magnetic turbos, and automatically adjusts the resistance when you change gears rather than you having to do so using a remote lever.
Finally, for the indoor riders who want a more complete session, there's the JetBlack Training Rollers, priced at £169.99. These are great for honing your pedalling technique and balance, and even though they don't provide as much resistance as turbo trainers, you can still get a decent workout from them.
