Entries are now open for this year's UK Single Speed Champs, which will be held on the Cwm Rhaeadr trail in Towy Valley, Wales.
Described as "a little known gem of a trail", this 7km manmade route combines a gradual climb with a 4km singletrack descent.
Organisers say: "The details of the exact SSUK course aren't finalised yet, but expect a fun-to-ride course that'll leave you grinning from ear to ear and wanting more."
You can enter online at www.ssuk10.co.uk, with a weekend race pass costing £26. This includes race entry, two nights' camping, a goody bag, a post-race meal from The Dropoff cafe and guided rides on the Saturday and Sunday mornings. Entry for non-racers is £16, while children accompanied by paying adults get in for free.
Loads of prizes are on offer, including some "very special custom-etched titanium goodness" from Lynskey. Keep an eye on www.ssuk10.co.uk for more details.
