Faster Gran Fondo in Scottsdale

Unique bike shop (does your local shop have a wind tunnel?) hosts 100-mile ride

The Faster Gran Fondo Oct. 27 in Scottsdale Arizona will celebrate the great fall riding weather and terrain of central Arizona with 55- and 100-mile rides.

Bob Roll will be on hand for the ride and the preceding evening’s festivities.

A few climbs will be timed, with chances to win prizes.

Registration includes a Gran Fondo jersey, a Faster water bottle, a goodie bag and access to fully supported aid stations and products from Clif Bar and Fluid. Cost is $75 for the 55-mile ride and $100 for the 100-mile ride. VIP registration is available for $399 and includes everything mentioned above as well as two tickets to the VIP reception dinner on October 26th with guest speaker Bob Roll. VIP participants will also receive a signed copy of Roll’s book, Bobke II: The Continuing Misadventure of Bob Roll, and one admission ticket for the VIP tent at the finish line. There, VIP riders will have access to complimentary lunch, beer, wine and a photo opportunity with Bob Roll. Also, VIP riders will start the ride ten minutes prior to the general start time alongside the legend himself, Bob Roll.
