This has pretty much all you need in a large-capacity, cycling-specific backpack — two drinks bottle pockets, a very large central pocket, a tough padded sleeve for a 15.6in laptop and foldout helmet webbing.
Deuter’s wide mesh Airstripe back padding and shoulder straps are comfortable and keep sweat to a minimum, while the narrow chest and wider mesh hip-straps keep the bag very secure no matter how hard you’re riding or the surface you’re on.
The zips are water-resistant and there’s a foldout green waterproof cover, with large reflectives, for when it rains.
It’s a breeze to use, and if you often carry large, bulky loads this is a great choice. My experience of Deuter kit suggests it’ll last for ages, too.
