Another fast 'n' light pack, Vaude's Ultratrail is a simple, straightforward single compartment bag.
There's what looks like a bladder sleeve at the back of the main compartment, a single small zip pocket plus removable zip wallet inside, two mesh side pockets, a natty whistle on the chest strap and a small outside zip which houses the helmet nest. The welded seams, waterproof zips and tough fabrics make this a really useful bag if you need to carry a lot of kit in grubby conditions but the lack of dedicated hose access turn it into just a handy, well-fitting all-round bag, rather than one for riding hard.
