The Faction boasts what might be the wildest paintjob you’ll ever find on a helmet, but it does more than stand out at the trails. The shape is a classic skate park favourite, and the dual-density foam liner is thicker in the areas you’re more likely to hit.
The cut-outs around the ear make the fit snug and comfortable, and the 12 vents do a reasonable job of keeping you cool. And at 410g, it’s light enough to wear all day.
On a negative side, it would be great if there was some internal channeling to improve airflow, but on the whole this is a helmet that's trustworthy, comfortable and great looking.
