Good protection levels, but poor levels of ventilation and security of fit

THE Industries' F-14 is as 'moto' as you can get in a skid lid you can also wear for cross-country riding.

Massive coverage behind the ears and down to the base of your skull gives great protection from heavy hits. Despite the bulk, it’s relatively light at 330g, and is just about passable for cross-country duties.

The small vents lead to overheating on slow trails though, and the non-moveable peak is in the eye-line. The retention system doesn’t use an adjustable ratchet, so the helmet isn't rock solid.
