Our review
As well as being a superb winter jacket, the Exo’s usable range extends well beyond one season

Endura’s shell layer has ultrasonically welded, externally taped seams that’s completely protective against wind and water. It’s soft to the touch and very compliant, fitting superbly, but lacks additional insulation, which in this case isn’t a problem.

  • Highs: Excellent weather proofing, highly versatile
  • Lows: Nothing

Because nothing gets through, and it’s very breathable, it can be worn with just a base layer until near to freezing. Should you overheat, long side zips can be used to cool you down, or as access to internal pockets, although the jacket has plenty.

A zipped media pocket is below a long covered zip that accesses a three way pocket, and another waterproof pocket on the chest contains a lens wipe, and the main zip is asymmetric for comfort. There are internal cuffs that allow the sleeves to overlap your gloves, and it’s very reflective too.
