It comes as no surprise that the Madison Road Race Premio has a fitted cut for racing with much of its design coming from testing with the brand's Genesis Pro team.

Madison uses its soft four-way stretch P3DRY fabric that features a practical high front, long tail and plenty of length in the arms.
It has taped seams for added protection and offers a waterproof value of 20,000mm with 30,000gms of breathability. It breathes well and Madison has added laser cut armpit holes for added ventilation although these do allow a little seepage in heavy downpours.
It seals well all round, there’s a waterproof zip up front and I like the subtle grey reflective detailing that provides night-time visibility in a stylish way. The Premio remains light and small enough to fit into a jersey pocket and is perfect for the racer who wants on the road function without breaking the bank.
Plus, it has a lifetime warranty to back it up.
