Pearl Izumi P.R.O. Barrier Lite jacket – in brief review

The P.R.O. Barrier Lite is nothing short of amazing. At 70g it’s an incredibly light jacket. It packs down just as small as substantially more expensive packable jackets, too. 

It keeps the chill out even on days when the thermometer’s struggling to register more than 3°C, and the fit is almost spot on: close around the body without being tight. 

The only places it falls down – slightly – are the collar and sleeves, which are a little on the roomy side if you’re on the skinny side…
