Specialized's clothing range is as dependable as their range of bikes. The Enduro shorts use a lightweight, splash-proof, quick-drying Ripstop/ Tactel outer, with strategic stretch panels wrapping round from the inner thigh to arse for good mobility.
The crunchy cloth gives a definite swimming/running shorts feel, but they aren't over-baggy and they don't ride up or snag when you're riding. You get five velcro-tabbed pockets and a drawstring for the waist too. The liner shorts fix in with popper buttons and the Multi Level Pad is immediately comfortable. The full lyrca construction of the liner means it's sweatier than wicking mesh but you could wear either the inner or outer alone if you wanted.
